THE UPS STORE 2500

I had an excellent experience at the UPS Store on Riverside Dr! The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, they really know their stuff and go out of their way to help with every detail. The store itself is super clean, well-organized, and efficient, which makes the whole process quick and stress-free. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this location for all your shipping and printing needs!

I frequent a lot of UPS Stores all around the country, so I feel I’m very qualified to leave this review. This was the absolute best service I’ve ever had at a UPS Store. They have a great staff that is very knowledgeable, and they work quickly and efficiently to help every customer. Not only did I return some packages, but I also got a passport photo taken, had documents printed, and shipped out additional documents — everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Shawn was extremely helpful and super efficient. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customer experience and the efficiency of his team. Outstanding service all around.

The best spot so far. I had an excellent experience. All workers are very knowledgeable and nice, but Alan is my favorite. I think he is future leader with his problem-solving skills and communication with customers.
