Posh Property Management

I recently transitioned my property over to Posh Property Management, and Anthony has been outstanding from day one. Within the first month of taking over, he immediately addressed issues that had been neglected by the previous management company. The common areas were cleaned up, the landscaping was brought back to life, and the overall property already feels so much better cared for. Anthony is proactive, professional, and clearly takes pride in maintaining properties to a high standard. I feel confident knowing my property is finally in good hands. I highly recommend him and Posh Property Management to anyone looking for reliable, attentive management.

As out-of-state landlords with both commercial and residential properties, working with Posh Property Management has been a great experience. The company’s communication is clear and consistent, which gives us confidence that everything is being handled properly even from afar. Vacancies are filled quickly with quality tenants, and the day-to-day management runs smoothly. Anthony has also been a great help throughout the process, ensuring things are taken care of promptly and professionally. Overall, Posh has provided the peace of mind we were looking for and we highly recommend their services.

As a first time, landlord, I had reached out to several property management companies and quickly felt overwhelmed by vague answers and hidden fees. After contacting Posh, I knew i was going to be in good hands. I spoke with Anthony, he mentioned everything very throughly from the start. No surprise fees and no pressure. Very professional and honest communication. Im really happy to be working with Posh and would recommend to anyone looking for professional service!
