Nicole and Michelle are the best agents in LA! They have been my agents since 2021, helping me buy my first home and navigate homeownership during the pandemic.That was a surprisingly straightforward process and I found that condo and closed after one week of searching and offering. Fast forward to this year (2026): amid an incredibly tough market, my mom and I decided to buy a home together -- and we immediately reached out to the Artinian sisters. We started looking in January 2026. Every weekend through April, Nicole and Michelle had viewings booked for us, looking for a home that met both the needs of my mom and myself. We learned to spot AI home catfishing, and Nicole and Michelle steered us away from bad investments as we continued searching for our dream home. When we found what we were looking for, they knew it and we knew it -- and their relationships in the LA market and escrow negotiations saved us over $60K on the house as well!! Finally, selling my first home was way tougher than buying it. Newly changing condo certification requirements for lenders left what seemed like an easy sell (incredibly amicable buyers who fell in love with my old place the same way I had on day 1 of showings) had both the buyers and myself on the edge of our seats. We truly weren't sure the sale would go through, but Nicole and Michelle were not only cheerleaders as we inched to the finish line, but were doing everything in their power to find a way to get us to close before the end of the month. I do not think my mom and I would have made it through this year with our sanity in tact if it wasn't for Nicole and Michelle.
