Genuinely the best place in town. I have never had people been so kind, always clean, always smiling and they genuinely care about you and your order. This owner is phenomenal and makes sure they put the best food forward. Managers always accepting, understanding and willing to help. Amazing service and kind server's. Paty's will always be my favorite place. Not to mention each meal has fantastic portions and great taste. So many different menu options if you're trying to stick to a diet or if you're willing to down insanely good pie, cake or icecream. Always a fan of their tea, sweet potato fries and club, burger, or breakfast food and so many more.

What a pleasant surprise!! Sat outside earlier in the morning for breakfast. Large portions! Great tasting food! Great cup of coffee! Super affordable! My new favorite place when I'm in that area!!

First time at Patys! Cute little diner - and clean. Service is okay, our waitress was very nice but she didn’t check on us for the duration of our visit. Only at the end when we were ready to get the check. We ordered coffee, chicken tenders & fries, and the buttermilk pancakes. The pancakes were especially good (I always order them at diners and these were 5/5).
