I was needing a new home. I wanted to live in a quiet community, have a home with views and security was important to me. Corrie helped me by narrowing down the search to a Gated Community with lovely amenities limited to homeowners. The home checked off my needs list; pool, views, large enough, three car garage, additional parking and large rooms with enough bedrooms for a family and relatives to stay. I am a pilot and travel a lot back and forth East Coast to West Coast. I realized with the amount of time I was spending on the road and rent; it made sense to purchase something that was not too big, but I wanted luxury as I need both rest and a place that feels like home. I had a feeling it was important to build equity and step up within the next few years. I love that Corrie has lived both on the Westside but also the Valley and was able to educate me and show me homes in both areas that could work with my needs for flying out of LAX.
