I cannot recommend Viking Health enough! Truly a life changing experience like no other. Dr. Middelthon is a master of health and wellness and provides excellent education and mentoring throughout the Reboot Program. He is kind and compassionate, but honest about the facts which I commend and appreciate. The staff is also incredible. So welcoming and helpful through each step of the way! I’ve been working with Dr. Middleton through the Reboot Program, and I’m really happy with my experience so far. He’s been supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the process. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen, answer questions, and help me stay motivated without making the journey feel overwhelming. I want to take a moment to share a very positive review for VIKING Health and Dr. Middlethon. As a man over 40, I have struggled with my weight for the past five years. I tried a number of different diets and even some medications along the way. A few years ago, I tried semaglutide and, while I did lose weight quickly, I was not able to keep it off. More importantly, I did not feel great about relying on that approach and wanted to find a healthier, more natural, and more sustainable way to improve my health. That is when I found Dr. Middlethon and the team at VIKING Health. Over the last seven months, I have worked closely with them, and I am happy to say that I have lost over 50 pounds.
