I briefly pulled into this parking lot because the alley was completely blocked by a garbage truck, and I was trying to avoid blocking a nearby driveway. I had been there for less than a minute and hadn’t even gotten out of my car when I was approached by someone who I believe was the owner. I completely understand that this is private property and that they have every right to ask someone to leave. My issue was never with the parking policy—it was with the way I was treated. From the moment I parked, I felt like I was being watched. Instead of a polite conversation, I was met with an unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and condescending attitude. When I explained that the alley was blocked by a garbage truck, I was simply told to “go the other way.” There was no attempt to show even basic courtesy. What was especially disappointing is that they didn’t even know whether I was a customer or someone intending to do business there before speaking to me that way. A simple, respectful, “Hi, just so you know, this parking is reserved for customers,” would have accomplished the exact same thing. After this interaction, I looked through the reviews and noticed that I’m not the only person who’s had a negative experience related to the parking lot. That was disappointing to see because it suggests this isn’t an isolated interaction. There’s nothing wrong with protecting your parking for customers. There is something wrong with treating people disrespectfully when a polite conversation would accomplish the exact same thing.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. I arrived to an empty parking lot and was sitting in my car taking a phone call for literally less than five minutes. An older man came out of the business and immediately began harassing me, saying I was on private property. I took out the clothes I was planning to have cleaned and told him I’d be taking my business elsewhere. Completely unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I think the man was shocked someone pulled up to his business since the lot has been empty and will most probably stay empty. They have a photo of a talk show host acting as if they have reputation lol. Do yourself a favor go to milt and eddies 2 seconds away.
