School of Rock Burbank provides music lessons for students of all ages. Our programs, camps and workshops for toddlers, kids, teens and adults make learning to play music fun and create great communities of musicians. School of Rock is the leader in performance-based music education. We combine one-on-one drum, bass, keyboard, vocal, and guitar lessons with group practices. Students learn to play music from day one and put on live performances at local venues. Our experienced instructors are local musicians themselves who combine the performance-based School of Rock Method and programs with individual music lessons to get results for your student.
School of Rock is a proud member of the Toluca Lake Chamber of Commerce.

School of Rock Burbank has become like a second home for our family. Our daughter started at just 6, barely able to hold a guitar, and has grown into a confident singer and guitarist. Beyond the music, she learned how to work as part of a band—an invaluable experience. The instructors are patient, kind, and truly inspiring. From lessons to full-band rehearsals, they bring out the best in each student. Our daughter advanced from Rock 101 to the performance group and already misses the talented musicians she admired and played with. Our two younger boys also love the summer camps and lessons. There’s something for every age and skill level here. Thanks to School of Rock, our daughter now dreams of joining the House Band and has even started a YouTube channel, Amped 2 Howl, to share her musical journey. Performing at the legendary Troubadour was a memory she’ll carry for life. We recommend School of Rock Burbank without hesitation. Don’t overthink it—just sign up. It’s that good.

The music camp was a hit! My 5yr old was excited about what he learned and the instruments he played each day. I liked the communication from if he needed something to the daily camp notes that were emailed. The rock show on the last day was awesome!
