I want to start by saying that my mom has had a great experience with Logix, which is why I decided to open an account myself. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. About a year ago, I opened an account and was helped by Sandy. At the time, we didn’t have cash to deposit, but she assured us it wasn’t a problem because the funds could be transferred from our other bank account. However, that transfer was never completed because the account number they used wasn’t even ours. That issue was never properly resolved. Recently, I decided to give Logix another chance. I applied online and then continued the process over the phone with Elijah, who told us we were approved to open the account as long as we brought cash in. He even confirmed this with his manager. We live in downtown, but we drove all the way to Burbank to finish the process. When we got there, Funmi had us waiting for over 30 minutes (close to closing time) only to tell us that he didn’t have accurate information and thought we were applying for a loan, not opening an account. He then said he needed manager approval—but the manager had already left around the time we arrived. We were told to come back the next day, only to receive a call saying we were denied because of the previous account—the same situation that was caused by their own mistake. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. There was a clear lack of communication, accountability, and consistency between employees. I really wanted to have the same positive experience my mom did, but unfortunately that was not the case .

This Logix branch in toluca lake is one of my favorite banks to have to do business at. The tellers are extremely helpful and very nice to deal with and the Branch on First st in Burbank is also very nice to the public and as a banking institution I recommend this Bank . They receive 10 points all the way across any survey I have ever taken because they are just that good .. bye
