UPDATE: Gameday has responded to my review “credits are valid for 6 months” - again, this was not communicated to me - now they are saying 6 months, when on the phone today they told me it was 3 months. Either way, it was not communicated to me when I first had the test that the credits were only valid for 3 or 6 months or any amount of time Gameday also responded “the bloodwork panel you wanted to apply it toward was never something a credit could be used for” - I did not request to apply my credit towards a bloodwork panel. I already had a bloodwork panel months ago which is what gave me the credit, why would I be requesting that credit goes to another one? At no point did I say this on the phone, they are just making up ‘inaccuracies’ in my review. I wanted the credits to go other supplements, which I never had a chance to discuss NEW UPDATE: Gameday responded to my response that I’m “lying through my teeth” - I used the word “supplements” broadly because obviously some of the treatments here are supposed to be private. Didn’t really want to broadcast to the world that I wanted medication for hair loss and other issues so tried to be a little vague but now I have to defend myself. Making sure I’m being honest here - again they are just trying to pick out nuances in my review and not addressing the fact that they are not honoring my credit and that they should have mentioned there was a time limit but they didn’t I had a very disappointing experience with Gameday Men's Health and feel that I was lied to about a $99 credit. I paid $99 for a blood test. Before paying, I was told that the $99 would be applied toward any peptides, supplements, or medications I decided to purchase. At the time, I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I specifically asked if I could take my time and come back later to use the credit. I was told that I could. About 10 months later, I called back because I was ready to use the credit. That's when I was told that the credit was only valid for 3 months after the blood test. This 3-month expiration was NEVER disclosed to me when I paid for the test or when I asked whether I could take my time deciding. I explained the situation and asked them to honor what I had originally been told. Instead, they refused and told me that the employee who had given me the test and spoken to me about the credit no longer works there and there was nothing they could do. In other words, I was left with no way to resolve the situation even though I relied on what their employee had told me. What made the experience even more frustrating was that, after refusing to honor the $99 credit, they still tried to sell me on a membership. I understand that companies can have expiration policies, but if there is a 3-month expiration on a $99 credit, that should be clearly disclosed to the customer BEFORE they pay and certainly when they specifically ask how long they have to use it. I feel that I was misled, i definitely should have been told there was a deadline to use my credit. not telling me seems intentional. not to mention they were hitting me up with personal phone calls and text messages every time they had a promotion, they could have let me know that i needed to use me credit soon. i feel like it would be a simple thing and at not a great cost to them to honor the credit they told me they had, i did pay for the test and this is something they offer so not sure why they are being deliberately unhelpful
