They do the basic for a registered agent, but don't hire them to file your Statement of Information. I hired them and provided all of the info and they didn't submit it before the due date, and never emailed me even through I emailed them several times to see if they submitted it. I called and they said their were having trouble with the site but never said anything. Now I am most likely going to be charged $250 dollars for filing late and they are making me call the Secretary of State where I am over 200th place in line.

Excellent set up process. While I couldn't use the website sign up for my situation, their staff understood immediately and was incredibly efficient. I feel confident in their knowledge and process. I look forward to confirmation of my business registration with the State. Extra kudos to my agent, Amos.

Very poor, negligent service. California Registered Agent changed address in 2021 and only provided notice via a portal popup with no email and no record of acknowledgment. All my business mail was going to the wrong address for a very long time. Support confirmed there is no record that I ever saw the notice. Also automatically enrolled in a renewal service in 2025 without clear consent. They confirmed they would not notify other customers of address change even though I asked them to. After filing a small claims case against them, they issued a refund.
