Century West BMW

My experience with Century west BMW was fast, efficient and reliable, almost everything was done online and a brief appointment with River to test drive the car I was interested in, the whole process took about 2.5 hours from start to finish, I drove 60 miles to century west and I wasn’t disappointed. Small adjustment was made when I returned my leased car to their dealership although I originally leased from a different BMW. I had the pleasure to talk with Sal over the phone and he was very professional and a true gentleman who takes good care of his clients and makes sure they are happy. Highly recommended dealership, ask for Rivers and Sal you won’t regret. They value their clients and their time. Thank you again

Mark Nishimura is the man!! He is a car guy that has driven BMW's for 30 years! He is incredibly kind and will treat you like the BMW owner you deserve to be and he'll get you there! There really isn't any reason to go to any other dealer. Call Mark up and let him help you get the car you want! I am so happy to have met him and have him help me with my car experience! Thank you Mark!

Got my BMW X5 from Francisco and it was honestly a great experience. Super easy, no pressure, and he really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking to buy.
