Honestly, I never thought I would type this interview, but this was the best experience at an urgent care I’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly from the person working the desk to the person, checking my vitals, and even the doctor 5 stars across the boar. This urgent care was also one of the cleanest I’ve seen. I did come in the morning, but I could tell they take very good care of the facility and the people there were just wonderful

I help take care of a 92 year old man and have taken him to quite a few appointments at different medical facilities and none have matched the overall care and kindness of this place. I was so surprised that I promised myself to leave a review. It can be extremely frustration when staff and faculty of medical places do not have intentionality nor prioritize kindness because of the overwhelming of busy days. Thank you to everyone there from front desk woman, to the male nurse, to the doctor! You are appreciated!

I've been here a few times for random things, and these poor people get stuck dealing with me at my worst. I come in feeling miserable. Reception is patient and kind, explains costs so there are no surprises. The doctors quickly figure out the issue, give me a prescription (or even a shot right there), and by that night or next day, I feel better and am so appreciative that this place exists! The wait of course depends on the day/time since it's a walk-in, but it certainly seems that they work as efficiently and quickly as they can. You can also call ahead and they'll let you know how busy it is so you know what to expect before you go.
