The Bloom Loft is your home to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and holistic well-being. Our services include Vinyasa yoga, Gentle Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Soundbaths, Breathwork, Meditation, Workshops, and more! We provide all the essential yoga props, including mats, blocks, bolsters, eye masks, and blankets. You won't need to worry about a thing – just show up and immerse yourself in the practice. At Bloom Loft, we understand that true relaxation extends beyond the mat, so we offer a full hot tea and essential oil bar at every class. In addition, we specifically curate a private and intimate space for wellness. Our class sizes are deliberately kept small, ensuring that you receive personalized instruction and ample space to explore your practice without feeling crowded. Your journey is uniquely yours, and we're here to support it. Beyond weekly classes, we support your wellness through multiple workshops each month allowing every person to find their perfect place to rest, heal, and bloom!

Such a beautiful, welcoming studio! My husband and I came to Bloom Loft everyday during our 5 day visit to LA and our daily yoga classes were one of the highlights of our stay. We immediately felt welcomed into the lovely community in Tuluca Lake, which is a lovely feeling when you are so far from home (UK). We got to attend a few different classes (Power Flow, Gentle Flow, Flow) with different teachers and they were all amazing, particularly in the way they weave in yoga philosophy. You can tell they are all experienced, dedicated teachers. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back :)

Do yourself a favor- no do your body mind and soul a favor and sign up to take classes at Bloomloft!!! It’s such a wonderful safe space to grow, stretch and be just who you are! So grateful for the path that lead me there!!

I have been to a couple of Sound Baths put on by Tiffany and have been absolutely blown away. I have never felt more relaxed or grounded than when I leave her sound baths. The Bloom Loft is also such a beautiful, clean and warm space that always makes them so comfortable and inviting! Faye has done such a wonderful job creating such a welcoming space for such wonderful experiences! Cannot recommend enough!
