Excellent thrift store. Quality merchandise, well-organized and run. Their furniture selection is especially high-quality, impressive and a good value (not cheap but worth it). The only thing that keeps it from getting 🖐🏻 ⭐ is that in the last year the prices at the discovery shops have shot way up. I understand that for rare designer items, but for everyday things it's less of a value than it used to be and that's unfortunate. Still, it's a fun place to look, and occasionally you can find a deal on other things.

Usually very friendly crew. But not today. I’m looking at a throw blanket that was placed over a sofa. Checking for damage, size, material, tags etc. I guess the woman behind the counter didn’t like that so she leaves her area just to pull it out of my hands, refolds it, puts it behind a pillow then says she has to take a picture of the set for the website, I’m in the way could I move. Senior caucasian woman with shoulder length blond hair. Hopefully she’s having an off day and is not always like this. Totally void of any customer service skills whatsoever. Sometimes you’re better off short handed than to have the wrong people. She’s a bad representation of the charity.

I used to love this place and shopped there often. They had wonderful deals. The clothes were in good shape and reasonable. I’ve gotten some beautiful jewelry there but something happened about 3 to 6 months ago. Either new management took over or executives at the top of this cancer research Thrift Store decided they needed a raise, more money for their salaries and decided to raise the prices on everything. A shirt that used to cost nine dollars is now $17 and it’s not even that great of a shirt. I’ve seen coats vintage coats that you can get online for $25 in perfect condition selling for $80- $100 at this cancer research Thrift Store. And they are not curated. They’re given to this organization for free. I haven’t shopped there in six months. The prices are outrageous. They think they’re curating Vintage items that they purchased instead of a thrift shop getting free items to sell for cancer research. I still go in there from time to time, to see if they’ve changed management by any chance, and find myself rolling my eyes at what they are asking for merchandise that you can get at any other thrift store for probably half the price. I can’t believe they get all this stuff for free and they’re trying to sell it as if they’re a curated vintage store. Get your old management back and get your old vibes back.
